Pay and home time
Straight numbers.

- Company driver
- 75¢ per mile on every mile, loaded and empty, or 30% of the load. Your choice.
- Team drivers
- 80¢ per mile for the team, split evenly.
- Owner-operator
- 12% dispatch fee. Call us for the details.
- Home time
- 3 days home every month, or a full week every 2 months.

Requirements
What we look for.
Send the short form and a recruiter will call you. If you're a fit, we'll send the full DOT application through a secure system.
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no violations
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Consent to an FMCSA Clearinghouse query
