Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

• Quote requests: company name, your name, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, equipment, dates and load details.
• Driver applications: name, phone, email, home state, position, experience, number of violations, pay preference, any other offer you tell us about, and notes. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or driver's license number on this website.
• Emails and calls: whatever you include when you contact us directly.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and provide transportation services.
• To contact driver applicants about open positions and, if they are a fit, to send a full application through a secure, DOT-compliant system.
• To keep records required by law, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• To protect the website and our business from fraud and abuse.

Calls, texts and emails

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that TRUXHOLDINGS INC may contact you about your request or about driving opportunities by phone, text message or email, using the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email info@truxholdings.com to stop all contact. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run this website and its forms (such as our hosting and form-processing provider) and our email and phone providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Background-check, drug-testing and Clearinghouse services, only after a driver applicant gives the separate authorizations those checks legally require.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and driver inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records, generally no longer than 24 months. Records for drivers we hire are kept for the periods required by federal regulations.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank numbers through our forms or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing info@truxholdings.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adult job seekers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
